This resort is located on US Highway 27 just 1 mile south of US Highway 192, just 10 minutes drive from Disney. It is an established home site with a mixture of permanent and short stay residents. The site is next to picturesque Lake Davenport. The resort is a private gated community and there are two pools, one heated, and a hot spa in close proximity to the Villa. They are available from dawn until dusk. There is no life guard on duty so children under 12 years old must be supervised at all times. The villa is fully licensed for short term lets by the State and County Authorities for your protection and is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting. There is a 24 hour local and friendly management team on hand to assist. The villa is approximately 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Sanford Airport is approximately 55 minutes drive away, where charter flights are based.
