This beautiful 4 bedroom villa which is brand new for 2003, is situated in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club development. It is superbly furnished to a high standard and would be ideal for two families to share, being able to accommodate up to 10 adults and has its own private screened pool. Our luxury villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (sleeping space for 10 adults including the sofa-bed), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating through-out, cable television, VCR, DVD and a screened pool which can be fully heated (charges apply)

The Great room contains 3 large luxurious sofas, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day. To help keep everyone entertained you will find a large TV complete with cable, DVD system and Video player, while an added bonus for the children includes a selection of games and DVDs. The Great room also contains a telephone from which all local calls are free and all other calls can be paid for directly by credit card.

The Master bedroom has a large Queen sized bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a large bath, shower, twin basins and a large vanity mirror. There is also a large walk-in closet,  hairdryer and clock radio. The Master suite is finished with a beautiful view looking out over the pool deck. The second bedroom contains twin beds while the third bedroom has a Queen sized bed. Both rooms have a large built-in closet and drawers, as well as a clock radio. Located conveniently in-between the two rooms is the homes second bathroom. A fourth bedroom at the front of the house contains twin beds, clock radio and  built-in closet and drawers, while a large bay window lets in lots of light and gives a great view out.

The 13 by 26 foot pool is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The surrounding patio is furnished with chairs, a table, and beach beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained. A pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place.
