A
luxury 4 bed 3.5 bath pool villa on a small gated community 5 minutes south
of Hwy 192, and 15 minutes form Disneyworld. The villa is furnished to a
high standard and contains all the amenities needed for a home-from-home
experience for up to 10 guests. The
villa is air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in the lounge, master
bedroom and lanai. For the comfort of all guests, animals are not allowed,
and the villa is a ‘no smoking’ area. There are smoke detectors throughout
the villa and there is a monitored alarm system. |

The main living area has
a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of space and all the home comforts to
ensure an enjoyable stay. The open-plan lounge/diner has a cathedral style
ceiling and a family dining table. For entertainment there’s cable TV, DVD
player, video and a radio/cassette/CD player. The kitchen has every modern
convenience including a cooker, fridge (with ice-maker), dishwasher, waste
disposal unit, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There are also
full laundry facilities including a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom is spacious with a walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and patio
doors leading onto the pool deck. There is an en-suite bathroom with toilet,
walk-in shower, corner bath and his and hers sinks. The double bedroom has
cable TV and its own bathroom. The twin bedded rooms have a connecting ‘Jack
and Jill’ bathroom and both come equipped with cable TV, one having a DVD
and Playstation, whilst the other has a TV/video. |

The villa backs onto a
wooded conservation area, which provides privacy, and the south facing pool
enjoys long hours of sunshine. The lanai provides shade during the day,
whilst the large pool deck allows you to relax in the sun. The screened pool
is approx 27’ x 12’ with a spray feature and it can be lit at night to make
the most of the warm summer evenings. The pool deck is also equipped with a
shower and pool toilet. The pool is serviced weekly to ensure it’s kept in
pristine condition. Pool heating is available as an optional extra. |
