Situated in Crescent Lakes our
privately owned luxury 3 bedroom / 2 Bathroom villa was build in 2001 and is
fully air conditioned. The community consists of residential and rental
properties and is a superb area to base a vacation. We are 10 minuets from
Disney, 5 minutes from a Wal-Mart and many local restaurants and
attractions. |

The villa is all on one level and has a fully equipped
kitchen/dining area with all cooking utensils and crockery, there is also a
washing machine and tumble dryer, ample bed linen and towels are also
supplied. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the living area which
has cable T.V free high speed internet and radio router, a DVD and CD
player. We have two Sofas for you to relax on and there is a patio door to
the pool, two more doors to the pool go from the master bedroom and bedrooms
2/ 3 shared washroom. |

The master bedroom has a walk in
wardrobe and en suite washroom bedrooms 2 and 3 have built in wardrobes all
3 bedrooms have dressers. All rooms have ceiling fans fitted and the two
smaller bedrooms have new furniture in 2006. |

The pool is fully screened and is south facing, with a
covered area for shade. Heating is optional at extra cost. We also
have a local manager who keeps our villa to very high standards and is
available.

hours and for emergencies out of hours. |
