Welcome to Villa Florida Belle. Our
luxury, four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa with private pool/spa and game
room was built in November 2005 on the prestigious Solana Resort in Orlando,
Florida. The villa is only ten minutes from Disney and many other major
attractions. The villa is at one end of the community so not only is it
peaceful away from the main road it also enjoys the benefits of having open
fields to the rear. Solana Resort is a gated community with a luxury
clubhouse and many other facilities and is fast becoming the
most-sought-after community in the Disney area.
Our villa is managed locally by a professional management company who ensure
that the pool and property are maintained to a very high standard.
The villa is fully air conditioned and is no smoking throughout.
There is free internet
access at the villa via its own laptop. |

Our spacious family
room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofas (one of which can
be converted to a double-size bed), an entertainment centre comprising of
large screen cable TV, DVD player, and CD stereo player. A PlayStation and
selection of games as well as board games and books are provided for your
enjoyment.
Relax in the living room, which has ample seating. In the dining room we
have table and chairs to seat six people as well as in the breakfast nook we
have table and chairs to seat four people.
Fully fitted kitchen including home comforts such as a toaster, kettle,
coffee maker etc.
The master
bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with
separate shower unit, corner bath, basin, and toilet. The other master
bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobes, and en suite with bath with a glass
shower enclosure, basin, and toilet
For your added security
we have fitted a safe in the master bedroom. The
two remaining bedrooms are both twin rooms with fitted wardrobes. A spacious
family bathroom separates both rooms, which has a bath with glass shower
enclosure, basin, and toilet. |

Pool/spa area - our pool area has been extended and provided for your
comfort are four sunloungers and a table with umbrella to seat up to six
people. The whole area is screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in.
The 26-foot by 12-foot pool has underwater lighting and can be heated at an
extra cost during the winter months (October to March). A selection of
inflatable lilo’s and water toys is there for your enjoyment. We have
converted the double garage into a game room and fitted it out with a
luxury, full-size pool table, table football, and air hockey game. |
