On arriving the villa was perfectly clean, smelled nice and directly gave us a feeling of comfort, relaxation and home. The kids loved the pool and the games room. Fantastic fantastic fantastic! Superb villa and location. There were 8 of us staying at Calla Lilly in Florida, we rented it for 2 weeks and the holiday just wasn’t long enough!! The Villa was exceptionally spacious giving everybody plenty of room to spread out. Pool was a good size and it was south facing having the sun all day long. There is also a shaded part as well for those who don’t like the sun so the place suited everybody’s needs. The plot is set on a wonderful lake in a prime location ideal for wildlife watching. Eagles, cranes, vultures were regular visitors and there were also sea turtles in the lake. The location of the villa was ideal for the parks but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle at night to be able to sit and relax by the peaceful tranquillity of the lake. Fishing on the lake was also great fun – Large Mouth Bass seem to be the main occupants – but watch out for the Gator if you catch one!! I will be recommending this villa to friends and family and hope to return back sooner rather than later! Jo

We would like to thank you for opening up your home to us. It was just beautiful and exactly as described. The location could not have been better, and from the moment we opened the door, we felt at home. The boys seemed to enjoy the garage the most, and are trying to convince us to do the same with our own. Unfortunately, our Canadian winters will not permit. We passed quiet mornings by the pool, and were able to comfortably relax in the evenings after what was a very busy week visiting the many theme parks.

Hi Dave, Got home yesterday afternoon, exhausted!! Had a great time in Florida, villa was excellent, very clean and comfortable – games room and pool were used by kids constantly. Directions from Tampa were spot on, straight up the I4 and then we came off on the toll road (417 or 419) and along formosa gdns blvd to Funie Steed rd, took about an hour. Hi Dave, we have just stayed in your villa for three weeks from Aug 2 to Aug 23. This is our 5th visit to Florida, we have stayed at Solana, 1000 Oaks, Pine hills and Legacy Pk, 6 and 5 beds but we liked your villa the best. Its a great size for 1 family, competitive price and fantastic location and resort. This year we did the balloon ride, para sailing at Daytona, jet ski at Silver river, helicopter ride, Segways around Celebration and loads more. It was our best holiday ever and that's why we have booked your villa again for 3 weeks in Aug 2012. The managing agents were great, the pool guy was great, the house spotless and the WI-FI fantastic with a 15 and 13 year old daughters into Facebook. Had a wonderful stay in your beautiful house. It certainly had the ‘Wow’ factor when we walked in – lovely and clean and very tasteful décor. A great location too – near to all the theme parks. Recommend getting your theme park tickets at Wal-Mart on the 27, as we found them the cheapest. We dare anyone to do the ‘Sky Coaster ‘in Old Town Kissimmee, 4 of us did it and it was awesome! The pool table was a real hit and also the swimming pool. We had a really lovely stay and would recommend this to family and friends.

The house was so beautifully appointed with a lot of care to luxury accommodation. Besides having the quality decor for adult accommodations, the house also had added all the decor for the eyes of the children in their rooms. The house had everything that we needed and much more. I wanted to thank you for a great vacation! We enjoyed the house very much and it far exceeded my expectation. My wife and the kids loved the house and we are talking about booking your house again for our next vacation. The cleaning people did a great job! The house was clean and with complete amenities when we got there. It is definitely the house and location to get a week of great relaxation.
