Our lovely 4 bed / 3 bath villa is situated Westbury, Davenport on the US27, 5 minutes from the I4, giving easy access to all the main tourist attractions, shopping malls and over 20 championship golf courses. Our luxury villa is fully air conditioned, has 2 master bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, (ideal for two families wanting to vacation together, or maybe bring the grandparents) and a further 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom, which has a bath with shower over.

Our  Florida home will be brand new for 2005 and is a luxurious air conditioned 4 bed roomed villa furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Its designed to give maximum privacy to two families, or parents with children or both). It has, we believe, three out standing features of great importance to guests, namely a superb location (approximately 15 minutes from Disney) uninterrupted views over a newly  planted pine forest and orange grove and a full size (heated) swimming pool with a spa bath. As a location our home at Westbury is situated on Highway 27 just 2 - 3 minutes south of interstate 4 where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants. Southern Dunes Golf Course is 10 minutes away along with more shops and restaurants (including Wall marts). Orlando International Airport is 45 minutes away and Sanford International 1 hour 10 minutes There are many attractions to visit.
