Our Beachwalk Villa is a luxurious home which is available for rent within the Beachwalk Isle community of Fort Myers, situated on Florida’s beautiful
Gulf Coast. Beachwalk Isles is a beautiful landscaped gated community midway between the historic district of downtown Fort Myers and the white sandy
beaches of Fort Myers Beach.
The Villa has its own private solar heated swimming pool and the rear of the Villa enjoys open views over a lake where herons, egrets and osprey are
often spotted.

The Beachwalk Villa offers the following accommodation.
There are two separate living rooms, one a more formal, peaceful, quiet area adjoining the front entrance and the other is a family room with a TV and
video equipment with cable TV service. Each area contains two comfortable settees, side tables with reading lamps and coffee table. Each living room in
our Beachwalk Villa has a dining area alongside and the family room overlooks the pool.
Our Beachwalk Villa comes complete with “the great American kitchen” (with a few British extras and touches. It is fully fitted with new American,
large-scale appliances.
There is a double sink with waste disposal unit, dishwasher, large oven, microwave, fridge /freezer with icemaker (essential on those warm days and
balmy summer evenings), toaster, juicer, electric kettle. There is a separate utility room with large washer and tumble dryer.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom two has a double bed and built in wardrobes
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin bedded rooms and also have built in wardrobes
The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, wash basin and WC.
At the rear of our Beachwalk Villa is our own solar heated pool, perfect for a cooling dip after sunbathing. Relax outdoor on the sun Loungers or on
the patio furniture provided for your comfort.
The Villa itself is surrounded by its own landscaped and well maintained gardens and is a perfect spot to enjoy the open views over the lake where
herons, egrets and osprey can be seen. Florida is Americas’ playground (although some residents of Las Vegas may disagree) and is probably most famous
for its Theme Parks and all year round climate. What’s probably less well known is the host of other attractions that the state has to offer for the
whole family.

former residents Henry Ford and Thomas Edison. No doubt they were impressed by both the tropical climate of the area and its natural beauty

Downtown Fort Myers standing on the Caloosahatchee River has a fascinating history and contains the winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. The
white sandy beaches of Fort Myers with its water sports, deep sea fishing, huge variety of restaurants and bars and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva
are a short drive away.
There are numerous golf courses in the area, several of whom can be seen in the satellite picture of the map link here.
The upmarket facilities of Naples are within easy reach and there are two bargain outlet shopping malls on the doorstep plus a whole range of other
shops to suit all tastes and budgets.
There are many National and State reserves and parks nearby with their varied landscapes and extensive animal and bird life.
Our Beachwalk Villa is about 4 hours drive away from the hustle, bustle and world class theme parks of the Orlando area and this contrasts with the
relaxing lifestyle and peaceful natural beauty of the Fort Myers area.
