Our fully air conditioned accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge and dining area with cable TV, video, HiFi, fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, cable TV, and spacious walk-in wardrobe, with access to pool area.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite shower room (with access to pool area), TV and DVD and fitted wardrobe.
The third bedroom is a twin bedded room, with a TV and Video Player (as you will see this bedroom can be a left as it is for adults or themed ready for children's arrival).
There is one further family bathroom situated in between bedrooms two and three.
Our Florida Villa has a private 24 x 12 south/south west facing pool (which can be heated during the cooler months ) it is protected by a fine mesh screen (but this does not impair your suntan) cleaverly placed shrubs around screening gives added privacy.
The pool is surrounded by a oversized pool deck with ample space for sunbathing and outdoor entertaining. Table, cushioned chairs and sun loungers are added for your comfort, which is lovely to sit at in the evening to watch to sunset.
A gas BBQ is provided for use, along with a travel cot and high chair free of charge. All towels and bed linen (including travel cot) are all provided for your added comfort. There is also full use of laundry i.e. washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. You will find there are various childrens toys / pool accessories.
After a hard day playing golf, shopping or simply having fun at the theme parks, why not relax, have a snack and soak up some of the Florida sun on the patio or go for a swim and relax by the pool and cabana.
